About us

usertest/lab was founded in 2004 by Stefano Dominici.

usertest/lab currently employs a team of three people and works in collaboration with a net of consultants available on call for any different kind of project.

usertest/lab's partners are Grafica Internazionale - as regards the financial area - and RFR International, a market research company supplying facilities and recruiting test participants.

As to the Italian market, usertest/lab provides services both in the design and in the user research area.
